About Cornerstone Assistance Network

Cornerstone was established in 1992 to meet the needs and restore the hope of individuals and families suffering under the burden of poverty in Tarrant County, Texas. Since inception, Cornerstone has been a major resource for churches, businesses and other community organizations through its provision of relief, recovery and restoration services. By networking other agencies, Cornerstone offers direct-service programs that are non-duplicated in approach and efficient in administration.

From our CEO Scott Charbonneau

Welcome to Cornerstone Assistance Network, a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of those struggling under the burden of poverty. Since 1992 we have utilized a unique approach focused on Relief, Recovery, and Restoration, to empower lives and transform our community.

At Cornerstone, we believe that true change happens when we address the whole person—not just their immediate needs. Whether it's providing emergency food, clothing, and medical care, offering supportive housing for homeless men, or guiding ex-offenders through successful community reentry programs, our services are designed to foster long-term stability and hope. We accomplish this in partnership with churches, businesses, agencies, and organizations of all kinds to ensure that every individual receives the care and resources they need.

By joining us—whether as a donor, volunteer, or partner—you become part of a powerful movement to make a difference in Tarrant County. Together, we can restore hope and transform lives, one step at a time. Explore our programs today and discover how you can be a part of this mission!
