Supportive Services / Case Management

Cornerstone's Charitable Coaching Services walks alongside individuals and families facing the effects of poverty, providing personalized coaching, practical assistance, and connection to a network of community resources that can help them move toward lasting stability.

Our coaches begin with a strength-based assessment, taking time to understand each person's unique circumstances, personal assets, and goals. From there, we develop an individualized care plan that connects participants to Cornerstone programs and partner agencies across Tarrant County. Our coaches also serve local Title I schools, bringing support directly to families with low incomes in the communities where they live and learn.

Because we believe every person has God-given worth, our goal is to provide every participant the best supportive services possible in order that they might become all that God intends.

Coaching Services are available by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 12pm and 1 to 3pm. Participants must be referred by a Cornerstone Network Partner church or organization. Emergency food and clothing assistance is available for participants in immediate need.

Clients must bring:

  • Referral letter from a Cornerstone Network Partner
