About Our Programs
Relief
Emergency needs are met with free food, clothing, furniture, and support services so people can stabilize and take the next step.
Community Resources - When a neighbor's world falls apart, Cornerstone shows up first. Through meals, groceries, clothing, and household essentials, we meet immediate needs with dignity and compassion, and walk with families toward their next step.
Recovery
Ongoing support that helps individuals rebuild stability through housing assistance, personalized coaching, life skills development, and reentry navigation.
Housing Support - Stable housing changes everything. Cornerstone offers a continuum of housing programs that give men emerging from homelessness, individuals rebuilding after incarceration, and low-income seniors a safe, supportive place to heal and move toward independence.
Crime Prevention and Reentry Services - For neighbors returning home after incarceration, the first steps matter most. Cornerstone provides the guidance, resources, and relationships that help them rebuild with purpose and hope, and stay out of the cycle that brought them there.
Coaching Services - Every journey is unique. Through personalized coaching and resource navigation, we help individuals identify their strengths, connect with the right services, and build the life skills that move them toward lasting independence.
Restoration
Healthcare services that restore physical health and dignity through medical, dental, and vision care, including life-changing cataract procedures, moving people toward a life rebuilt with hope and dignity.
Medical Care - For uninsured neighbors in Tarrant County, a doctor's visit can feel out of reach. Cornerstone's charitable medical clinic provides compassionate, professional care and is home to the only standalone free cataract clinic in Texas.
Dental Care - A healthy smile restores more than teeth. It restores confidence, opens doors to employment, and gives people back their dignity. Cornerstone's dental clinic serves nearly 3,000 uninsured neighbors every year at no cost.
